General Shmospital is a satire site that is geared towards a mature audience.
If you don't like off-color humor, off-color language and/or off-color
anything else, then chances are, you're better off going somewhere else.
If you are under 18 and your parents don't want you accessing sites with off-color humor and/or sexual innuendo, do me a favor and LEAVE! The last thing I need is a parent claiming that I've corrupted their child.
If you don't have a sense of humor, have been TOLD you don't have a sense
of humor OR if you've heard the phrase "That was a joke" more than 3 times in
your life, then chances are you won't enjoy this site.
If you worship the ground that GH actors walk on and/or love your
favorite characters to the point where you cannot stand to see them mocked, then
this is NOT the site for you.
If, however, you're ready to see "General Hospital" mocked to within an inch of its pathetic little life, close this window and venture into the site. Have fun, don't grab anything and wear rubber gloves if you're going to insist upon getting your grubby little fingers on something.

While I realize that this falls under the category of a "personal web site" (ie, I ain't making any money offa dis stuff here), there is still a lot of hard work and original thought going into this site. As such, I am warning you to NOT even TRY to pass off any of the work on this site as your own. It just won't work. People are too danged familiar with my style of writing and my raunchy sense of humor to EVER believe that you actually wrote the same thing, okay? SO ....
If you want to share original content with others, please give me credit by providing a link to the main page (http://www.generalshmospital.com)
If you feel the need to steal original art work and/or written content, resist the temptation. People have tried in the past to pass this site's content as their own, only to be attacked by my swarm of flesh-hungry lawyers in no time flat. Hey, I'm flattered that you like the stuff enough to want to try to claim credit for it but please think again. It's just plain rude and disrespectful.
The banners on this site are free for you to use however you please. A link back to this site would be nice, but it's not necessary, as the url is clearly visible in the banners.
Doughgirl puts a LOT of thought, energy and creativity into the graphics she provides (the mock "Face of Deception" ads and the General Shmospital weekly magazine covers), so please don't steal the content but if you want to put an FOD ad up on your site, credit this site or PLEASE give Doughgirl the credit she deserves for the work she does, okay?
