There are two more GREAT Words of Shmisdom for you to read -- and let me take this opportunity to say that I am THRILLED with the great writing that's been sent my way since the Shmisdoms started. My hope that the Words of Shmisdom section would become a forum for really in-depth analyses of the show is really coming to life! First off, Malkey1 contributed a great Shmisdom on Jason the Borg's return and the one-dimensionality of General Hospital's characters. It's called "The Borg Is Back In Town: The Return Of The Prodigal Son," and whether you find Jason a hottie or hate the dude's guts, Malkey1 DOES make some pretty great observations about the show in general and Jason in particular. Also, Skip Bo offers up a heartfelt editorial on the diminished impact of character deaths on GH in a GREAT Shmisdom entitled "Two Sides Of The Afterlife: Nobody Ever Really DIES on GH!" I am thrilled with these two latest contributions. Re-reading them as I was editing and putting them up just made me smile, smile, smile!
