The Face of Deception: Who Gave A Shit? Well, it was supposed to be a great storyline but instead, it went nowhere. Elizabeth Webber and Gia Campbell squared off against one another to be named the Face of Deception, main spokesperson for Laura Spencer and Carly Corinthos' new cosmetics company. The only problem is that none of the viewers could really tolerate *either* of the girls, and Laura Spencer's obvious bias in Elizabeth's direction made the outcome pretty anti-climactic. Was there ever any doubt that Elizabeth would win? The Face of Deception storyline did little else but prove, for once and for all, that Elizabeth, Gia, Laura and Carly are all a bunch of bitches. And Elton, too .. but then you knew that, didn't you? |
